LD500 reverse osmosis membrane cleaning agent is a highly effective compound cleaning liquid formula designed for RO membrane. It is used to remove metal hydroxide, inorganic scale (carbonate, sulphate other chemical sediment, etc.), organic scale (slime, mucus, etc.) on RO membrane surface. Colloids, algae, etc. This series of products are divided into acid A or alkaline B two organic compound formula products.

Specificattion:

Usage method:

1. Check the connection cleaning loop: the cleaning box, hose and security filter are connected, clean with desalination water, wash at least 2 times. Install new filter elements when necessary.

2.1/2 volume of cleaning tank is injected with reverse osmosis through water or desalted water, and the prepared reverse osmosis cleaning agent is slowly injected into the cleaning tank and mixed evenly. It is best to control the temperature of the cleaning solution at about 30 ℃.

3.According to the cleaning loop, start the cleaning pump, start cleaning, the first RO membrane cleaning liquid should be discharged out of the system, the volume of cleaning tank is about 10, 20, cleaning flow, flow rate should be in accordance with the membrane manufacturer or system Supplier's recommended value, cleaning time depending on the degree of contamination, generally 8-12 hours.
